Bergamot,

flu, migraines and headaches, heartburn, indigestion, aching feet,
travel sickness and sinus pain. Aroma: strong and powerful mint.
Avoid during 1st three months of pregnancy.
Rosemary
is energizing and stimulating. The oil eases colds and flu, mental
fatigue, poor circulation, stomach pain, headaches, fainting,
constipation, and general aches and pains. Also helps with poor memory
and hair that is in poor condition. Aroma: strong, powerful and
sanitary. Avoid during 1st three months of pregnancy. People with
epilepsy or high blood pressure should not use in high doses.
Spearmint
is mentally stimulating, reviving, and energizing. It can uplift the
spirits, and relieve aching muscles. Aroma: strong, sweet, and lemony.

Tea Tree
is the best antiviral essential oil. Tea Tree stimulates the immune
system and also has strong anti-fungal properties. It can be applies
undiluted to burns, boils, spots, cuts, insect bites or stings, and
athlete’s foot. Relieves sore throats. Aroma: natural pungent scent.
Also spelled Ti Tree, this oil is not related to the “tea” we drink.
Ylang Ylang
is calming and relaxing. It is helpful in the treatment of disorders
related to depression, nervous tension, insomnia, panic, fear, high
blood pressure, spotty skin, shock and aggressiveness. Considered to
have aphrodisiac qualities. Aroma: light, sweet floral. |
